chosen mag attempt

still a little empty, and needs more on the covers, but a start i did originaly have a picture, but became ‘to’ edited, so i removed it, and i’m going to put a new pic in.

1st few attempts at making the younger mag

just started off my magazine aimed at younger people. I decided to specificly aim it at 6th form students.

that is why i put the ’6′ covering up the Choz. I got this sort of idea from music magazines like ‘NME’

 

chs magazine front cover attempt one

this is my first attept at the chs mag.  I focussed on editing the picture, making it seem like a more friendly . This particular try is aimed at adults, who want their children into the school.

i edited the picture by changing the sky. Before it was bleak dark clouds, but i cut that out, got in a picture of a clear sky and placed in the layer behind the picture. I also edited out some of the construction around the new building. i put the picture behind a green backround (because that’s the schools colour) with purple stripes, just to make it a bit more interesting.
